DESCRIPTION

Under supervision, the Carpenter performs skilled journeyman tasks in constructing and repairing structural components and equipment; builds, repairs, and installs counters, cabinets, partitions, floors, doors, building framework, and installs ceiling and flooring components. Fabricate and install infection control containments and barriers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Five (5) years of experience in the construction trades.

  • Experience fabricating and installing infection control containments and barriers.

  • Constructing and repairing structural components and equipment; building, repairing, and installing counters, cabinets, partitions, floors, doors, building framework, installing ceiling and flooring components.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Journeyman Carpenter.

  • Healthcare environment experience.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
  • Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.

  • Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical.

Pay Transparency Act

Annual Full Pay Range: $94,336 - $94,336 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)

Hourly Equivalent: $45.18 - $45.18

Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
