Position Details: Mercy -Social Worker Community-Based - Saint Louis Looking for a full time Social Worker to provide support to patients in hospice care who are in Franklin and Crawford County. Licensure: Experience: 0-2 years of Clinical Experience. Other: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
