Job Overview

The Clinical Application Supervisor oversees a team of clinical application analysts responsible for the day to day operations and support of clinical applications. Works with the Clinical Application Services (CAS) Manager and the team to implement, maintain, and support the clinical information systems used at The Children's Hospital (TCH).

This supervisor position will support the CAS Training Team.

Additional Information
Hours per week: 40, eligible for benefits
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. Work hours may vary based on the needs of the department. This position requires on-call rotation and may include weekend and holiday shifts, depending on departmental needs.

*This is a hybrid position

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provides timely and accurate report of activities and time.
  • Supervises and maintains effectiveness of the team by utilizing individual skill sets to meet specific organizational demands.
  • Mentors staff to achieved identified goals. Assists in plans and guides along with feedback to achieve goals formulated.
  • Establishes and conveys clear expectations for the team. Improves performances and meet delivery timelines
  • Oversees work by team to maintain adherence to established processes and procedures.
  • Plans and oversees expectations. Assists in aligning team with department priorities.
  • Maintains ongoing end user support for applications in area of responsibility.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree

  • Equivalency: : Applicable experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

  • Certification(s): Epic-Basic (certified within 6 months)

  • Previous leadership experience preferred but not required.

Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $109,636.42 to $164,454.63
