Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator for Rutgers Health Services.
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Provides confidential, executive-level support and calendar coordination to the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Health and Wellness under the Division of Student Affairs in Rutgers Student Health.
- Coordinates assessment and evaluation projects for Rutgers Student Health including collecting, analyzing, and maintaining health & wellness data (administrative, clinical and student) from assessments and Medicat.
- Acts as the liaison to the Rutgers Immunization Group, reviews and verifies student immunizations compliance in the Rutgers Immunization Portal and interfaces with the University Registrar to resolve immunization-related issues.
- Works closely with the Office of Clinical Affairs and Student Health administration to review the immunization requirements for required standard immunizations and vaccination requirements.
- Acts as departmental liaison with internal and external departments and organizations.
- Provides overall coordination and oversight for activities and budgets related to professional development for all Rutgers Student Health (Medical, CAPS, HOPE, Administration).

Qualifications
| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two (2) years of relevant experience in a program coordination or administrative function in a health care setting; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

- Good communication skills and computer literacy.
- Comprehensive knowledge of immunization requirements and common international immunization equivalents.
- Full understanding of HIPPA and FERPA. Interacts effectively with a wide range of academic and health professionals, students, parents and vendors.
- Ability to multi-task and embrace change.
- Ability to work under constant deadlines and maintain a detail-oriented approach to each task.
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
- Demonstrates computer competency and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Qualtrics, and qualitative analysis skills.
- Demonstrated communication skills both written and oral.
- Ability to perform statistical analysis.
- Medicat.

Immunization Requirements
Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption. Additional infection control and safety policies may apply.
