Job Duties:
Under the general supervision of the Associate Director of Student Recreation, the Student Recreation Programs Coordinator provides leadership and direction for various programs within the department: Group Exercise class schedule, Climbing Wall,and theOutdoor Rentals shop.In addition, the programs coordinator works closely with Student Rec staff to serve as the point of contact for collaborative programming across campus. The coordinator hires, trains and supervises student staff to effectively carry out the mission of these programareas andinteracts closely with students in providing effective and impactful connection opportunities; so that students might find belonging on campus andsubsequentlysucceed as students at UW Oshkosh. During the semester, evening and weekend hours are sometimes expected. Key Job Responsibilities:
