Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of warehouse operations, including lifting materials weighing 40 pounds or more, accurately pulling orders, operating a forklift, and supporting general warehouse functions. This position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

* Lift, move, and carry materials weighing 40 lbs or more on a regular basis.
* Accurately pull, prepare, and stage orders for shipment.
* Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment in a safe and compliant manner.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas.
* Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
* Follow company safety procedures and report any hazards or concerns.
* Perform additional general warehouse duties and tasks assigned.

Qualifications

* Prior general warehouse experience required.
* Forklift experience strongly preferred
* Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs or more consistently throughout the shift.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order handling.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
* Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Work Environment
* Fast-paced warehouse setting with frequent physical activity.
* Must be able to stand, walk, lift, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
