Responsibilities:
- Machine Setup and Calibration: - Set up and calibrate the convoluting machine according to product specifications. - Adjust machine settings, such as speed, tension, and alignment, to achieve optimal results. - Material Preparation: - Prepare materials for the convoluting process, ensuring they meet quality standards. - Load materials onto the machine, taking into account product specifications. - Quality Control: - Monitor the convoluting process to ensure products meet quality standards. - Conduct regular visual inspections and make adjustments as needed. - Machine Operation: - Operate the convoluting machine efficiently to achieve production targets. - Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the operation. - Maintenance and Repairs: - Perform routine maintenance on the convoluting machine, including cleaning and lubrication. - Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or the need for repairs. - Safety Compliance: - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating the machinery. - Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. - Documentation: - Maintain accurate production records, including quantities produced, downtime, and any issues encountered. - Complete production reports and documentation as needed. - Communication: - Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and maintenance staff. - Report any deviations from production standards or safety concerns promptly. - Efficiency Improvement: - Collaborate with the production team to identify opportunities for process improvement. - Implement efficiency enhancements to optimize the convoluting process. - Training and Mentorship: - Assist in training new operators on convoluting machine operation and safety procedures. - Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members.

Qualifiations: - High school diploma or equivalent. - [X years] of experience as a Convoluter Operator or similar role. - Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. - Knowledge of safety procedures related to industrial machinery. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams. - Physical ability to lift and handle materials in a physically demanding environment. - Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. - Effective communication and teamwork skills.
