Job Title: Data Center Technician I About the Role As a Data Center Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of cutting-edge infrastructure. You'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware issues, while supporting the backbone of global operations. This position offers the opportunity to work independently, lead small projects, and mentor junior technicians-all within a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of resolution for advanced hardware and infrastructure issues. * Create and maintain detailed documentation for supported technologies and processes. * Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior team members. * Perform basic to intermediate system administration tasks, including remote support in virtual team settings. * Automate routine tasks using scripting tools when necessary. * Execute small-scale projects independently and assist in planning larger initiatives with your manager. * Act as an escalation point for junior technicians and ensure timely issue resolution. * Demonstrate strong decision-making skills while following established processes and paying close attention to detail. Required Skills & Qualifications * Hands-on experience in data center operations, including troubleshooting hardware and infrastructure issues. * Knowledge of electrical systems, cabling, and related technologies. * Basic to intermediate system administration skills. * Ability to write and implement scripts for task automation. * Strong documentation and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Pay Rate: Up to $23.00 per hour #DC25 Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of New Carlisle, IN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
