We are seeking a passionate individual to lead a complex, fast-paced, multi-workstream initiative focused on device portfolio assortment planning. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of strategic assortment plans that drive substantial business impact across consumer sales and partner ecosystems. Your expertise will directly influence how innovative devices reach consumers, shaping market availability and contributing to the success of a globally recognized brand. As a Project Manager for Device Portfolio Assortment, you will orchestrate critical planning processes, collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders to define and execute comprehensive device strategies. You will be the central figure in managing key device lists, ensuring clarity and readiness for field and retail partners, and tracking performance to inform future decisions. * Maintain and manage critical device lists in alignment with business groups and partners.
* Ensure global clarity on device lists, implementing robust change management processes and communication plans.
* Support field and retail readiness for key devices, both directly and through partner leads.
* Identify, document, and coordinate necessary resources, including content, quality assurance, and tracking tools.
* **Device Assortment Performance Tracking:**
* Develop and maintain templates and processes for retailer assortment planning, line logic, and heatmaps, adapting to evolving business needs.
* Support the rollout of new assortment frameworks, tools, and processes through materials and training.
* Track and analyze device assortment plans, results, and insights on a weekly and monthly basis for top retailers.
* Create executive-level dashboards and summaries to highlight progress, risks, and key decisions.
* Conduct lookbacks and calibrations to inform future assortment, promotional, mix, and volume strategies.
* Consolidate and publish core content updates, such as presentations, scorecards, and newsletters.
* **Cross-Functional Program Management:**
* Lead and coordinate multi-workstream project teams involving global stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
* Facilitate regular status meetings and provide transparent reporting on project progress and blockers.
* Identify opportunities to streamline assortment planning workflows and tooling for continuous improvement.
* Resolve project issues, escalate risks proactively, and drive continuous process enhancements. **What you'll bring:** **Must-Have Qualifications:** * 5+ years of experience within a large technology or consumer electronics organization.
* Experience in consumer retail, and/or device partner engagement.
* 8+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, data & reporting, and category/product support roles.
* Proficiency in data analysis and tracking tools, including advanced spreadsheet software and business intelligence platforms.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in portfolio planning, data visualization, and reporting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
* Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams effectively in a dynamic, matrixed environment. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Familiarity with consumer device sales channels and assortment planning.
* Experience supporting product marketing or category management teams.
* Background in the technology or consumer electronics industry.
