We are seeking a dedicated legal professional to join a dynamic Foreclosure Practice Group. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing intricate legal proceedings, directly influencing case outcomes and client satisfaction. You will be a key contributor, applying your analytical prowess and legal acumen to navigate complex legal landscapes, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving. What You'll Do



  • Prepare, review, and approve a variety of legal pleadings and documents related to proceedings.
  • Manage all aspects of legal proceedings, including contested and litigated cases.
  • Represent clients in mediations, depositions, and hearings.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of chains of title and related documentation.
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients, providing timely updates and guidance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient case management and compliance with firm standards.
  • Perform additional duties and participate in special projects as assigned, fostering continuous growth and learning.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Membership in good standing with a state Bar Association.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize a substantial caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Reliable, conscientious, and dedicated to meeting deadlines and firm expectations.
  • Strong commitment to client service and professional excellence.
  • Experience in foreclosure law or a related field.
