About the role:

We are expanding the elite team that owns the hardest-to-fill roles in the country: TS/SCI Full-Scope Polygraph talent in the Intelligence Community and Defense space.

This is not general recruiting. You will exclusively hunt, engage, and place the top 1% of cleared professionals - the ones with active FSPs who rarely appear on LinkedIn and never post their resumes publicly. Your desk will be the pipeline for mission-critical roles at NSA, NRO, CIA, Cyber Command, prime contractors, and emerging commercial IC partners.

Once hired, you will:



  • Own full life-cycle recruiting for 50-80 concurrent TS/SCI FSP requisitions (Software Engineers, Cloud Architects, SIGINT Analysts, Systems Engineers, Data Scientists, etc.).
  • Execute deep-name generation using ClearanceJobs' proprietary 1.3M+ cleared database, custom X-ray strings, open-source techniques, and direct poly-only sourcing.
  • Build and maintain a personal FSP talent community (your "bench") that deploys in <14 days.
  • Partner with Account Executives and client hiring managers shape requirements and close offers.
  • Achieve 15+ hires per year at 90+ day retention (our current FSP team averages 31 hires/year).
  • Continuously improve poly-specific sourcing playbooks and share winning strings with the team.


What you bring to the team:

Required:



  • Extensive experience in full-life-cycle technical recruiting with a proven track record placingactive TS/SCI Full-Scope Polygraph candidates.
  • Existing network of FSP-cleared talent (or demonstrable ability to build one fast).
  • Mastery of Boolean, X-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs advanced search, GitHub, patent databases, conference lists, and alumni groups.
  • Experience recruiting for NSA Fort Meade, NRO Chantilly, JCITA, Kunia, San Antonio, or Denver IC campuses.
  • Deep understanding of polygraphs (CI vs. Full-Scope lifestyle), clearance crossovers, and adjudication timelines.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote, metrics-driven environment.


Preferred:



  • Current or prior TS/SCI clearance (active or inactive within 24 months).
  • Agency recruiting background at firms such as Stanley Reid, SCW, Next Step Systems, Rincon, or similar poly boutiques.
  • Experience with Bullhorn, Herefish, and LinkedIn Recruiter Seat.

Remote (US only) pay range: Base salary/pay plus commissions at 100% of plan targets. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
$120,000 $175,000 USD
