JOB SUMMARY
Director of Growth Enablement for NetDev will be responsible for developing and implementing sales enablement strategies that empower our network development team with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to effectively engage with providers and drive network and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the health tech, network and/or payer landscape, strong communication skills, and a passion for supporting network development teams in achieving their goals.


COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $115k annually. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.



JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that equip network development representatives with product knowledge, industry insights, and effective techniques tailored to the healthcare/provider market.
2. Work with Product Marketing to develop and maintain a library of enablement materials, including presentations, product sheets, case studies, and competitive analysis that support the network development contracting process and enhance provider engagement.
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and network development strategies.
4. Evaluate, implement, and manage enablement tools and technologies that streamline processes, track provider engagement and enhance the network development team's productivity.
5. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
6. Gather feedback from network development teams to refine training programs and materials, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the market.
7. Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in the healthcare industry to ensure the network development team is well-informed and can effectively communicate value propositions to providers.
8. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
9. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
10. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.

JOB SCOPE
The primary goal of a Director of Growth Enablement is to help the network development team communicate and contract more effectively and efficiently in today's increasingly competitive market. A Director of Growth Enablement supports the network development team through a combination of multiple contracting and communication functions. They often serve as the liaison between the network development and marketing departments. A key responsibility of a enablement manager is to provide the network development team with the necessary resources to allow them to maximize productivity and contracting. Director of Growth Enablement also ensure consistency and quality control pertaining to the organization's messaging to unify and strengthen the company's brand. Another important part of their role is to create a positive provider relationship with the company. They ensure the network development team has the support, systems and resources to perform effectively and efficiently, to improve network development results and increase revenue. They are also focused on providing and managing the technology, tools and systems that need to connect to allow representatives to interact most effectively with providers. This is a people management job with authority for all HR actions (hiring, firing, discipline, training, etc.)
