The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

Provides critical program, data, and administrative support across the company's enterprise leadership and talent development initiatives. Reporting to the VP Leadership Development and supporting the whole team, this role ensures the smooth coordination, tracking, and measurement of leadership development programs, succession planning processes, and career development frameworks. Plays a key role in maintaining data accuracy, delivering program excellence, and supporting the operational execution of coaching, mentoring, and assessment programs that strengthen leadership capability at all levels.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in program coordination, HR operations, or learning and development

  • Strong skills in data tracking, reporting, and using HR or learning systems

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

  • Strong data management and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel or reporting tools

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with service-oriented midevelopment

Preferred

  • Certification or coursework in project management, HR, or data analytics a plus
  • Experience supporting enterprise learning, leadership development, or talent programs preferred

Essential Functions:

  • Program Administration & Coordination
    • Provide end-to-end administrative and logistical support for leadership development programs, workshops, and experiences across all leadership tiers
    • Manage participant communications, program materials, scheduling, and evaluation processes
    • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and facilitators to ensure seamless program delivery
    • Track attendance, engagement, and completion metrics for all leadership development initiatives
  • Metrics, Tracking & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate data and dashboards on program participation, completion, and effectiveness,
    • Support the collection and analysis of feedback, assessments, and metrics to measure leadership development impact
    • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior HR and business leaders, highlighting program outcomes and talent pipeline insights
    • Help ensure data integrity within the HR and learning systems that support leadership and talent processes
  • Succession Planning & Talent Management Support
    • Provide administrative and data management support for succession planning and talent review process
    • Update and maintain talent profiles, readiness indicators, and career movement data
    • Assist in the preparation of succession and talent analytics for review by key stakeholders
  • Career Development & Internal Mobility
    • Support design, maintenance of career development paths, career ladders across key functions and levels
    • Partner with HR teams to communicate and update career framework materials
    • Help monitor usage and effectiveness of career development tools and resources
  • Coaching, Mentorship & Assessments Support
    • Coordinate logistics and scheduling for enterprise coaching and mentorship programs
    • Support delivery, tracking of leadership assessments (360 feedback, personality, capability assessments)
    • Manage vendor relationships, invoicing, and documentation related to coaching and assessment services
  • Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
    • Identify opportunities to improve program operations, processes, and tools for greater efficiency and participant experience
    • Stay current on leadership and talent development trends to support innovation in delivery and tracking
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive talent and leadership data
