Vice Provost Student Affairs Job Description
UMSL seeks an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Business Support Specialist II - Student Affairs to provide essential business and office support that includes a broad range of responsibilities. The role requires a positive, responsible, and proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills. Position reports to the business manager for the Division of Student Affairs and works in close collaboration with the directors and administrative teams to support operations. Duties include: Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. The University will not sponsor applicants for this position for employment visas. Shift
40 hours/week. Monday thru Friday Minimum Qualifications
An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in academic setting preferably at a school district, 4-Year University or Community College Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $17.05 - $23.37 hourly Application Materials
