Agriculture Facility Supervisor - Levelland, TX

Role Overview:

The Facility Supervisor is responsible for supervising facility operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory procedures, and providing daily direction to direct reports. Operations Supervisors are also responsible for promoting a positive work environment and supporting location goals and objectives.

A Sample of What You'll Do in this Role:

• Supervise facility operations and ensure compliance with Wilbur-Ellis safety and regulatory procedures

• Facilitate effective communication with the Sales team and promote a safety culture aligned with corporate objectives

• Provide daily direction to direct reports and assist with training and development

• Coordinate audits, compliance activities, and equipment maintenance with the Location Operations Manager

• Conduct annual performance reviews and address employee performance issues promptly

What You Bring to the Role:

• 3+ years of experience in agricultural operations or related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Experience in liquid and dry custom application preferred (depending on location)

Compensation and Benefits:

• In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $59,200 - $78,940. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience.

• This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
