  • Define AMPP's target digital architecture, including key platforms, integrations, data flows, and experience layers.
  • Prioritize and sequence digital initiatives that digitize, automate, and simplify core business processes and member/customer journeys, with clear success measures.

Data Strategy and Analytics

  • Own AMPP's enterprise data strategy, including architecture, quality, stewardship, and governance across systems and business units.
  • Build and maintain a unified, trusted data environment that supports analytics, reporting, personalization, and evidence-based decision-making at all levels.
  • Oversee dashboards, analytics tools, and predictive models, ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements in all regions where AMPP operates.

Technology Transformation and Modernization

  • Lead digital transformation of AMPP's technology stack in close partnership with Technology/IT, including modernization of infrastructure, integrations, security, and identity management.
  • Introduce and scale appropriate use of AI, automation, and low-code/no-code platforms to improve productivity, speed, and quality.
  • Define and champion a unified experience strategy across digital touchpoints (awareness, membership, learning, certification, events, engagement), using design thinking and user research to remove friction and improve outcomes.
  • Ensure digital experiences reflect AMPP's CLASS values: Connect, Listen, Anticipate, Simplify, and Serve.

Governance, Budgeting, and Leadership

  • Establish enterprise-level digital governance for portfolio prioritization, funding decisions, and risk management.
  • Build, manage, and transparently report on the digital transformation budget, linking investments to clear business cases and measurable returns.
  • Define and track KPIs for digital initiatives (e.g., adoption, utilization, revenue impact, process efficiency, error rates, experience scores) and adjust strategy based on results.
  • Partner with AMPP leaders to co-design digital solutions, drive a digital-first, test-and-learn culture, and promote collaboration and best practices across teams.
  • Serve as a visible ambassador for AMPP's digital vision with staff, members, chapters, owners, public agencies, and external partners.

Leadership, Talent, and Organization

  • Build and lead a high-performing digital organization, including digital strategy, product management, UX/UI, data and analytics, and enterprise architecture roles.
