We are looking for a talented Associate Producer/Booker to join FOX & Friends . As the Associate Producer/Booker, you know what it takes to stop the viewers from changing the channel. From booking the right guest to capturing the perfect moment on camera, you have a knack for storytelling. You're a creative go-getter who wants to shape the morning news. As the Associate Producer/Booker, you find the best part of a story and make it matter to a national audience. You know how to get the exclusive. You have the right attitude and understand that FOX and Friends requires a level of commitment - unlike any other program on television. Must be available to work weekends.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce in-studio segments and book high-profile guests, overseeing a segment from a pitch to live on air

  • Conduct pre-interviews and in-depth research on a wide range of topics

  • Write compelling and catchy scripts for air

  • Pitch stories daily

  • Be creative and think 'outside the box'

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • A Bachelor's degree in journalism or a related field of study preferred, or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of experience in television production

  • Strong writing skills and editorial judgment

  • A passion for current events

  • Ability to work weekends and overnight hours

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $60,000.00-70,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
