About the Opportunity:

Pursuit Aerospace is looking for a dynamic Indirect Supply Chain P2P Systems Administrator to support our Corporate Supply Chain organization. This position offers an opportunity to be part of the design and implementation of a new P2P system across the company. The primary purpose of this position is to support the Purchase-To-Pay (P2P) process and support the on-going operations for Purchase-To-Pay technologies. This position reports to the Director, Global Sourcing for Indirect Supply Chain

Location : Manchester, CT, Travel <25%

Responsibilities:

  • Support operations for Purchase-To-Pay process and support employment of the best practices process in Coupa
  • Support implementation and management of on-going operations for Coupa
  • Manage implementation/deployment issues feedback and issue resolution to ensure commitments and milestones are met
  • Support the acquisition, deployment, and management any other Purchase-To-Pay related technologies to drive efficiencies and cost savings
  • Ensure that all users, approvals, and filters are set up in accordance with procurement policies
  • Develop and implement on-going training and communication programs with internal customer groups
  • Monitor and regularly report on usage of P2P tools and develop and implement plans for improving tool usage/value
  • Serve as the help desk for users relating to the Purchase-To-Pay tools employed
  • Act as the ultimate approver to facilitate approval process
  • Examine records of amounts due and ensure invoices are paid according to terms and discounts taken
  • Coordinate processes with the accounts payable function to facilitate enforcement of established policies
  • Manage the Supplier Master for the organization
  • Manage and update eCatalogs

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Finance, Economics, or Supply Chain
  • 5+ years of experience with procurement operations, ERP, eProcurement, eCatalog, contract management, eRFX and eAuction strategies and technologies
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time bases without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.
  • Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERPs systems, electronic procurement and analytical software, preferably Coupa.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, including both verbal and written communications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high proficiency in accurate data entry.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and multiple levels of internal departments.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.

Working Conditions

  • Must be able to have prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
  • Personal protective equipment (e.g., safety glasses and safety shoes) is required on the shop floor
  • Occasional weekend and evening work may be required to accommodate priorities, deadlines, and schedules.
