Senior Project Manager

Our Senior Project Manager leads high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that support business strategy and operational excellence. This role drives disciplined execution from project kickoff through delivery, ensuring risks are managed, outcomes are measurable, and stakeholders are aligned throughout the lifecycle. The Senior Project Manager serves as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring that critical initiatives deliver the intended value while supporting the culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence that drives Lippert forward.

This is a fully remote position for candidates located in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

  • Lead complex projects through all lifecycle stages using standardized ePMO methodologies
  • Develop detailed project plans with scope, milestones, success criteria, risk mitigation, and value realization
  • Monitor schedule, budget, and performance - driving issue resolution and timeline adherence
  • Track and report progress using enterprise tools

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Facilitate collaboration between key functional disciplines (IT, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, etc.)
  • Influence project contributors and decision-makers without formal authority
  • Support adoption of change management practices to ensure project success

Stakeholder Communication

  • Deliver clear, concise updates to sponsors and leadership - enabling decisions and visibility
  • Maintain transparency in risks, escalations, and tradeoffs
  • Align cross-functional teams and ensure consistent messaging across business units

Benefits Tracking & Continuous Improvement

  • Validate operational and financial benefits in partnership with Finance and business owners
  • Conduct lessons-learned reviews and implement improvements across future efforts
  • Support capability-building within the organization by modeling project management best practices

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Strong command of project management methodologies and execution tools
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication - including executive-level presentations
  • Strong analytical skills; comfort with value tracking and business case modeling

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, CAPM, or related PM certification; Prosci or change enablement knowledge a plus
  • 5-8 years of leading cross-functional projects in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or technology
  • Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business results
