Reporting to the Associate Vice President, People & Culture - Sales, the Sr People & Culture Business Partner - Sales (Primary) will be responsible for partnering with key Sales Leadership Team members to strengthen our team's capabilities, structure, and talent. This role combines strategic partnership, hands-on program delivery, and the use of analytics to drive both functional excellence and cultural change. What you will do... It would be nice if you have... Some experience leading complex Employee Relations cases. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $111,400-$160,200Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
