Position Title: AP and AR specialist Wage: $21.00 - $24.00/Hour Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday QPS Employment Group is hiring an experienced Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist To join our client's dynamic team This opportunity is with a well-established company that provides various types of insurance including homeowners, farm owners, renters, mobile home, dwelling, commercial, artisan, and BOP insurance. AP and AR specialist Responsibilities: - Process daily deposits with accuracy and efficiency - Prepare checks and generate financial reports - Manage both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions - Use Excel for data management, reporting, and various accounting tasks - Deliver excellent customer service, including answering incoming calls (no collections) - Support a collaborative, flexible team environment and assist with additional tasks as needed Requirements For AP and AR specialist: - Previous experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable - Strong Excel skills - Insurance accounting experience is helpful but not required - Outstanding customer service abilities - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work full-time on-site initially, with future hybrid options available QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
