Position Title: Electrical Assembler

Wage: $19-$20/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6am-2:30pm

Electrical Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Assemble electrical components, panels, and systems according to schematics, diagrams, and work instructions

- Cut, strip, and terminate wires; install connectors, terminals, and other electrical hardware

- Solder, crimp, braze, or weld connections to secure electrical terminals as required

- Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards

- Perform basic electrical testing and troubleshooting on assemblies

- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions

- Maintain organized workstations and proper documentation of completed work

- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality goals

Electrical Assembler Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred

- Experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or manufacturing

- Hands-on experience with welding, brazing, or soldering

- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment

- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions

- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination

- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds as needed

- Manufacturing or production setting with adherence to safety protocols

- May involve standing for long periods, bending, and handling electrical components and assemblies
