Position Title: Machine Operator
Wage: $17.00-$19.20 per hour Shift: 1st, 3rd Hours: 12:00am-8:00am (Sun-Thurs); 7:55am-4:00pm (Mon-Fri); 3:55pm-12:00am (Mon-Fri); 4:00pm-12:00am (Mon-Fri) QPS Employment Group has a great Machine Operator position available at a company in Fairfield, IA. This is a 1st and 3rd shift position with the opportunity for hire. Machine Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Remove excess plastic from products. - Inspect for defects. - Install components. - Package products according to customer specifications. - Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Machine Operator Requirements: - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. non-repetitively and 10-20 lbs. repetitively. - Ability to stand for extended periods and work in extreme heat. - Ability to perform basic mathematics. - Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and directions. - Fluency in English to read policies, procedures, and communicate effectively.
