Position Title: Embroidery Machine Operator

Wage: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm

QPS Employment Group has a great Embroidery Machine Operator position available at a company in Bridgeton, MO. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire.

Embroidery Machine Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Operate and maintain embroidery machines to produce high-quality designs on various textiles.

- Prepare machines by loading fabrics, selecting thread colors, and setting machine parameters.

- Monitor ongoing production runs to ensure consistent quality and accuracy.

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.

- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure safety and efficiency.

Embroidery Machine Operator Requirements:

- Previous experience operating embroidery or sewing machines preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently within production deadlines.

- Basic understanding of machine troubleshooting and maintenance is a plus.

- Reliable and committed to producing quality work.
