We are working on a hybrid schedule, 3 days in the office, 2 at home.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to join our web marketing team to help centrally manage our marketing tools and technologies that help drive awareness of Cognex's products and solutions. We are seeking a highly analytical individual with the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders to help manage and optimize our marketing technology stack including our marketing automation platform and website chat tools. This is a full-time position reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager.

Essential Functions

  • Assist with the management of the marketing tech stack consisting of 3rd party platforms and internal tools including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Qualified, Monday.com, and others.

  • Collaborate with worldwide demand generation, content marketing, web marketing, sales operations, and IT teams to ensure our marketing tools are meeting their needs and the lead flow process is executed flawlessly.

  • Develop training, technical, and other reference materials to ensure worldwide stakeholders efficiently deploy and maintain marketing technology platforms while demonstrating best practices.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting (including the development of training and reference materials) for marketing tools and platforms, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

  • Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights that optimize email deliverability, click-throughs, lead conversion, and ROI

  • Research and implement new tools as needed to expand and/or enrich demand generation programs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience with Marketing Automation platforms required, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Qualified, and Knak or similar technology strongly preferred.

  • Project management experience is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Strong data analytics skills.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • 3-7 years of experience implementing and supporting marketing-related technologies and processes.

Cognex believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $68,000 USD - $148,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a sales incentive plan.
