Logistics Coordinator

Staffmark is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to join a fast-paced, high-energy team!

Pay: $17/hour

Shift: 1st Shift | 7:30 AM - 4 PM | Monday-Friday

What You'll Do:

• Respond to driver gate calls and schedule shipping/receiving appointments
• Enter orders into 3PL systems and create Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Schedule carrier pickups and send shipping confirmations
• Process incoming deliveries, including packing lists and labels
• Manage shipping/receiving, sign-in/out, and assist with cycle counts and inventory tracking

Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and reliable attendance
