Hours & Pay



  • Pay Rate: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
  • Overtime: Required as needed
  • Employment Type: Direct hire

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities



  • Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on commercial buildings, equipment, and grounds
  • Complete work orders accurately and on time while following safety and regulatory standards
  • Perform minor plumbing repairs, including unclogging drains, repairing leaks, and replacing fixtures
  • Conduct carpentry and painting repairs to maintain a clean, professional appearance
  • Perform minor electrical maintenance within state licensing limits, including fixtures, switches, outlets, and lighting components
  • Complete service and asset inspections as required
  • Use mobile technology to manage work orders, service reports, quality inspection images, timekeeping, and expenses
  • Source materials and supplies necessary to complete assigned tasks
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and professional service
  • Participate in required safety training and weekly safety meetings
  • Provide estimates for larger repairs or improvement projects
  • Perform additional duties as assigned



Requirements & Qualifications



  • High school diploma, trade certification, or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • 2-5 years of general maintenance experience in commercial facilities
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, roofing, or related trades
  • Background in landscaping, janitorial, construction, or facilities services strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently across multiple customer sites
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Required certifications or licenses applicable to trade duties
