Daily Tasks & Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on commercial buildings, equipment, and grounds Complete work orders accurately and on time while following safety and regulatory standards Perform minor plumbing repairs, including unclogging drains, repairing leaks, and replacing fixtures Conduct carpentry and painting repairs to maintain a clean, professional appearance Perform minor electrical maintenance within state licensing limits, including fixtures, switches, outlets, and lighting components Complete service and asset inspections as required Use mobile technology to manage work orders, service reports, quality inspection images, timekeeping, and expenses Source materials and supplies necessary to complete assigned tasks Maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and professional service Participate in required safety training and weekly safety meetings Provide estimates for larger repairs or improvement projects Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma, trade certification, or equivalent professional experience preferred 2-5 years of general maintenance experience in commercial facilities Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, roofing, or related trades Background in landscaping, janitorial, construction, or facilities services strongly preferred Ability to work independently across multiple customer sites Valid driver's license in good standing Required certifications or licenses applicable to trade duties Apply Today!
