What You'll Do Providediagnostic supportfor warranty and non-warranty machines, both on-site and remotely Install, troubleshoot, and repairmechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemson CNC machines Read and interpretmechanical drawings and electrical schematicsto guide repairs and upgrades Instruct and demonstrate properoperation and maintenanceof machines to customers Coordinate machine upgrades, special options, and service requirements with customers Maintain clear communication until all quality and service issues are resolved Collaborate with internal teams and share knowledge with other field service staff Requirements Minimum2 years of hands-on CNC troubleshooting and repair experience Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics Proficiency with mechanical and electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset Willingness to travel extensively (West Coast) and work independently What You'll Get Vehicle, phone, and computer provided for field work Opportunity to work onhigh-precision CNC machinesand gain advanced technical expertise Supportive team environment with direct-hire stability Are you ready to try something new?
