What You'll Do Develop, execute, and maintain SQL queries using IBM AS/400, relational databases, and QMF or equivalent tools Build and manage a reusable library of SQL queries and templates Analyze and interpret data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities Lead data evaluation efforts supporting root cause analysis Perform data trend analysis and publish automated analytical reports Design dashboards that demonstrate team productivity and performance Support cost savings initiatives and the reduction of dealer transactions per claim Prepare, validate, and present cost reduction and analytical reports Create reference materials and document technical specifications and business requirements Document operational procedures and process flows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements What We're Looking For Strong experience writing and maintaining SQL queries in IBM AS/400 or comparable environments Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and visualize complex data sets Experience performing root cause analysis and trend reporting Dashboard design and reporting experience using analytical tools Strong documentation skills for technical, operational, and process-related materials Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations Local candidates only Apply Today!
