What You'll Need 1 year of previous apartment or property maintenance experience Strong general repair skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Comfortable withsnow removal duties and outdoor work in winter Reliable, professional, and safety-focused HVAC or EPA certification is a plus Your Workday in Action Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout the property. Complete work orders for repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC (basic), and general handyman tasks. Snow removal around buildings, walkways, and parking areas during the winter months. Assist with unit turns and inspections. Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal of the community. Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
