Now hiring Accounts Receivable Technician Monroe, NC Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Shift: Monday - Friday \| 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (5 - 6 month assignment) Spreadsheets and Numbers That Add Up. Sound Like You? As an Accounts Receivable Technician in Monroe, you'll process invoices, track payments, and make the numbers behave. This role is perfect if you enjoy tidy records, color-coded spreadsheets, and checking things off the list. What's Required 2+ years AR experience Associate's degree in business administration or office systems technology Knowledge of accounting, billing, and collection procedures Excellent Microsoft Office, organization, and customer service skills Strong customer service and accuracy What You'll Do Partner with procurement, vendors, and OE departments to monitor and resolve backorders, influence key performance metrics such as fill rate, backorder lines, and aged orders, and help optimize overall supply chain efficiency. You will review dealer backorder reports daily, take corrective actions, and provide accurate ETAs, while collaborating with logistics, customs, pricing, sales, and PDC teams to eliminate delays and ensure timely order fulfillment. This role also involves developing and refining standard operating procedures, training employees to strengthen supply processes, and supporting management with KPI reporting, executive summaries, and backorder resolution updates.
