Location: Aurora, CO

Pay: $20 - $22 per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do



  • Process, review, and auditLIHTC filesto ensure full compliance with program requirements
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation for move-ins, annual recertifications, and interim changes
  • Collaborate with onsite teams to ensure timely and accurate file submissions
  • Monitor eligibility, income calculations, and program guidelines
  • Support compliance reporting and respond to audits as needed


Requirements



  • 1 year of hands-on LIHTC experience
  • Strong understanding of affordable housing compliance processes
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Multifamily housing experience preferred
