Centerline at Glendale is a newly opened, 186-unit affordable housing community, and we're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician II who takes pride in quality work, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a meaningful impact on a residential community. What you will do as a Maintenance Technician:

  • Complete routine and emergency maintenance across electrical, plumbing, appliance, and building systems to keep the community running smoothly.

  • Prepare vacant units for new residents and ensure our property always looks its best.

  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and common areas to support safety, cleanliness, and great curb appeal.

  • Respond quickly and professionally to resident requests while delivering excellent customer service.

  • Assist with seasonal tasks, vendor coordination, and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.

  • Maintain proper use and care of tools, equipment, and supplies.

  • Perform other property support duties as needed.

What do I need to qualify to be a Maintenance Technician?

  • Two or more years of maintenance experience in property management or a related trade.

  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and an insurable driving record.

  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.

  • EPA HVAC Type II or Universal required; CPO certification required within 90 days if not already held.

  • Strong communication skills, customer service mindset, and the ability to work independently.
