Centerline at Glendale is a newly opened, 186-unit affordable housing community, and we're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician II who takes pride in quality work, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a meaningful impact on a residential community. What you will do as a Maintenance Technician:
Complete routine and emergency maintenance across electrical, plumbing, appliance, and building systems to keep the community running smoothly. Prepare vacant units for new residents and ensure our property always looks its best. Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and common areas to support safety, cleanliness, and great curb appeal. Respond quickly and professionally to resident requests while delivering excellent customer service. Assist with seasonal tasks, vendor coordination, and participate in an on-call rotation as needed. Maintain proper use and care of tools, equipment, and supplies. Perform other property support duties as needed.
What do I need to qualify to be a Maintenance Technician?
Two or more years of maintenance experience in property management or a related trade. Valid driver's license, insurance, and an insurable driving record. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. EPA HVAC Type II or Universal required; CPO certification required within 90 days if not already held. Strong communication skills, customer service mindset, and the ability to work independently.
