Department Summary The primary objective of TIDE is to create sustainable workforce development for the Southern Dallas Region. This will be achieved through classroom-to-career opportunities for students while expanding educational opportunities for community members and supporting consulting and research opportunities for faculty. Position Overview The Director of the Technology, Innovation, Development, and Entrepreneurship (TIDE) Center at the University of North Texas at Dallas (UNT Dallas) is an 11-month position which will serve as the strategic and operational leader for the TIDE Center, one of the university's key initiatives. Minimum Qualifications * Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field. Preferred Qualifications * Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in innovation, research administration, or technology development. Required License/Registration/Certifications Job Duties
