If so, we're looking for a Human Resources Supervisor to join our team! SUMMARY OF POSITION:Implement corporate/division policies and programs including the administration of national and local labor agreements, safety and health, recruiting, benefits, insurance and personnel policies. This position is responsible for the HR department budget and supervises exempt and non-exempt employees in the department. This position deals with sensitive and confidential information essential to the plant. During employment, this individual must use sound judgement, discretion, tact and diplomacy when dealing with employees and management. This employee should have an extensive knowledge of company personnel policies and procedures, including advance knowledge of the negotiation process and labor laws required to effect change in past practice.
