Description & Requirements An individual who is pursuing an undergraduate degree at an institute or higher education (other than Harvard or MIT), and participates in either research or administrative work at the Broad under the sponsorship of a Core Member, Senior Associate Member or Senior Scientific Staff at the level of Director, Associate Director or Assistant Director of a Program, Platform or Initiative. This appointment may be paid or unpaid and is not benefits eligible. An Undergraduate Student appointment is made annually, and may be renewed for additional time as requested by the Broad sponsor. Undergraduate Students will need to show proof that they are registered and in good standing at an institution of higher education or secondary school to maintain their Broad appointment. The expected base pay range for this position as listed above is based on a 40 hour per week schedule. Broad provides pay ranges representing its reasonable and good faith estimate of what the organization reasonably expects to pay for a position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, qualifications, and other factors permissible by law.
