Role Overview:

The Part-Time GCI Sourcing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and updating cost sheets, communicating with suppliers to obtain pricing and documentation, and assisting in identifying new supplier opportunities. The Part-Time GCI Sourcing Coordinator is also responsible for supporting the Sales Team and managing sourcing documentation.

A Sample of What You'll Do in this Role:

• Maintain cost sheets with current pricing and supplier information.

• Communicate with suppliers to request updated pricing and documentation.

• Assist in identifying and evaluating new suppliers and product sources.

• Generate cost estimates and landed cost calculations for the Sales Team.

• Keep supplier documentation folders up to date.

• Gather and summarize supplier and market information to support sourcing decisions.

What You Bring to the Role:

• 3+ years of experience in chemical sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain support.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management systems.

• Effective communication skills, verbal, written, and digital, with internal teams and suppliers.

Compensation and Benefits:

• In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $64,000 - $85,340. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience.

• This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
