What You Will Work On


As a GSOC Analyst, you will support the core functions of the client's 24/7/365 Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), monitoring and responding to security threats across global operations. This role is based on-site at the client's office in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and requires shift work (including nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays) to meet the GSOC's continuous operational needs


Salary: $60,000 annually


In this role, you will assess alerts and incidents for potential client impact, produce briefings and presentations as needed, manage emergency incidents using sound judgment and industry best practices in alignment with client policies, and perform additional duties as assigned within the scope of the program.


Note: This is not a cybersecurity position.


What You Will Bring



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years of experience in intelligence gathering, analysis, alerting, threat assessment, incident response, or a related field
  • Ability to take initiative and multitask under pressure. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to process and evaluate large volumes of information quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including accurate typing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Google Earth, Maps, or other GIS platforms.
  • Strong customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across varying professional levels.
  • Preferred: Experience with security tools, incident monitoring systems, and incident response procedures.
  • Preferred: Foreign travel experience.


Work Conditions


Office environment with computer use. Shift work (including nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays). Physical requirements: sitting, standing, walking, hearing, speaking, reading, writing.
