About the Role

Join Lenovo's Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS) team and help shape data-driven strategies that transform global businesses. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will turn insights into action, influence strategic planning, and accelerate execution on high-priority initiatives. This worldwide role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact on business growth and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

Analytics & Reporting

  • Design and implement DWS business intelligence processes, including KPI tracking, business value reporting, and executive dashboards.
  • Deliver insights that drive executive decision-making through accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports (BMS/MBR/QBR), YoY benchmarking, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Support the annual strategic planning cycle: financial modeling, investment allocation, and sales tracking.

Strategic Projects & Market Insights

  • Analyze industry trends and competitor actions to inform business strategy.
  • Communicate actionable insights from market analysis to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive key strategic initiatives and projects to successful completion.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution

  • Partner with DWS, Finance, Sales, Sales Ops, and Support teams to ensure seamless reporting and alignment.
  • Engage with colleagues across SSG to find new ways to scale the business through partnership.
  • Identify and advance opportunities for business optimization, backing up recommendations with quantitative support.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in business intelligence or analytics roles, preferably in technology or global operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced data visualization/reporting techniques.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L composition and financial metrics.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to process complex issues and develop structured solutions.
  • Business Judgment: Sound commercial awareness and critical thinking.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Personal Attributes: Bias for action, comfortable with ambiguity, results-driven, and enthusiastic about driving change.
