Description and Requirements Lenovo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to support our North America Corporate and Commercial Sales organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex commercial contracting environments, build strong cross-functional relationships, and manage a high-volume portfolio of customer agreements. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solutions-oriented, and capable of leading negotiations, reviewing business terms, and evaluating risks across RFP responses and unsolicited proposals. The Senior Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing all contractual activities from negotiation through post-award performance, ensuring full compliance with contractual terms, internal policies, and customer expectations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for contract administration, business term review, modification management, performance monitoring, risk mitigation, and documentation control throughout the contract lifecycle. The position works closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, Supply Chain, Pricing, and Program Management to ensure seamless execution, financial accuracy, and proactive issue resolution.
