Coperion Process Control Panel Assembler Duties: * Building and assembling of Process Control panels. * Laying out back panels and enclosure for drilling, tapping and cutouts of components. * Wiring, labeling and tagging of all wires, cables, and devices in Process Control panels. * Operating engraving equipment to produce tags * Operating computers and specialized printers to produce wire labels * Identify components using electrical schematics and bills of material. * Install conduit and complete wiring between control panels and equipment mounted instrumentation. * Construction of crates for shipping electrical control cabinets and controls related equipment Qualifications: * Basic computer knowledge. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word for printing wire labels and engraving tags * Knowledge of basic hand tools. * Able to read, understand, and utilize various engineering and manufacturing documents including bills of materials, assembly drawings, assembly instructions, wiring schematics and diagrams * Candidates that have experience and or education in the electric and controls field are preferred, but on the job training will be provided. * Strong attention to detail and the ability troubleshoot and ask questions when needed.
