Our work helps housing agencies, property owners, and residents navigate complex requirements with confidence, clarity, and consistency. We're looking for someone in the Baltimore area who knows residential construction from the ground up: structural elements, electrical and plumbing systems, HVAC, fire protection, interior finishes, site features, and even the special stuff like elevators and emergency generators. You're comfortable across all types of homes, from single-family to high-rises. If you're familiar with HUD standards like HQS and NSPIRE, understand the basics of subsidized housing programs and the Landlord/Tenant Act, and know your way around local housing agencies, even better. We're looking for someone who's curious, capable, iPad/tablet-savvy in the field, and excited to bring real know-how and positive energy to our team.
