Regional Manager Continuum of Care
What will you be Doing: The Regional Manager is a field based sales role that requires constant client facing interaction. This position requires 60 - 80% (3-4 days) of travel per week. The geography this individual will be covering will include OR, WA, and AK. Responsible for recruitment of new members and supporting the growth and maintenance of existing membership. Infusion Services: Key focus is on the infusion pharmacy marketplace, which consists of, but is not limited to: closed-door and combo home infusion providers, infusion suites, physician's offices, and specialty pharmacy providers. Long Term Care: Key focus is on the Long Term Care pharmacy provider marketplace, which consists of, but is not limited to: closed-door and combo long term care pharmacy providers servicing skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, correctional facilities, group homes and other institutionalized patients. Senior Living: Key focus is on the senior living marketplace, which consists of, but is not limited to: senior living, hospitality and schools. Key classes of trade are assisted living, and skilled nursing. Strategic Accounts: Key focus is on healthcare facilities such as Assisted Living Communities, Independent Living Communities, Active Adult Retirement Communities and CCRC's. Key Responsibilities Responsibility #1- 70% * Cultivate new client opportunities through a combination of direct and telephone contact. Responsibility #2 - 20% * Regular visits to existing member base. Responsibility #3 - 10% * Following up on new/existing member paperwork, completing/sending member designation forms.
