Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Lead the documentation, maintenance, and execution of Sales Opportunities with a focus on winning.

* Champion behaviors or actions that increase profitable Sales Opportunity "wins" with respect, logic, and data in-hand, while challenging internal stakeholders or Technical Sales colleagues as appropriate.

* Leverage opportunity prioritization tools and time management skills to effectively manage urgent and important Sales Opportunities.

* Work with internal engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, product management and finance departments to facilitate Sales Opportunity execution.

* Drive the sample process as required to obtain product qualification at assigned customers.

* Acquire and analyze Voice of Customer information to quantify Sales Opportunity values and propose product ideas rooted in customer insights.

* Accurately capture Win/Loss rationale for each closed Sales Opportunity to enable personal reflection, business enhancement consideration, and the continuous improvement of Sales.

* Support other Sales roles by providing technical proficiency, solution ideation, and customer support.

* Provide technical expertise to internal and external customers on all product lines.

* Maintain market knowledge and competitive intelligence through customer communication and industry research.
