Job Details:

* Assist Product Managers with business cases, adjusting project constraints based on financial analysis.

* Lead the definition of project scope and clarify objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

* Develop detailed plans to achieve project objectives, including resource plans, project budgets, and project schedules. Ensure that all project activities and deliverables align with the established business processes and standards.

* Set deadlines, assign responsibilities (with the advice of the functional leads), and track and summarize project performance specifically to analyze the successful completion of both short and long-term milestones.

* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the proper execution of projects.

* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

* Evaluate progress on projects. Generate reports regarding status of projects and inform/escalate to stakeholders as needed.

* Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate techniques and judgements.

* Continually measure risk and develop and execute mitigation plans to better ensure positive project outcomes.

* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (minutes, schedules, deliverables, etc).

* Work effectively with Materials and Manufacturing to schedule and implement engineering or pilot production runs.

* Lead project retrospectives. Identify continuous improvement opportunities. Develop procedures and work instructions when new processes are required as part of the project activities.

* Lead/assist in developing the Project Management competency at Angelus, including processes, training and key performance indicators.

* Establish, maintain, and ensure compliance with quality processes & tools in support of ISO/AS/ITAR requirements.

* Utilize Interns and Project Coordinators to aid in completion of workload. Provide informal mentorship to junior project management staff.
