Understanding player-reported issues and translating them into actionable, clear communication is at the heart of this role.

The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of first-person shooters, gaming hardware, game development processes, and exceptional writing skills. You know what players need, how they think, and how to speak their language.

*Interested candidates must include 2-3 longer-form educational player support writing samples and 2-3 examples of short-form informative copy (such as social posts or internal updates).
