Aquent has an exciting opportunity for a Travel Coordinator in Farmers Branch, TX!

This is a hybrid position. It is expected that you will work on-site 2 pre-set days/week and work from home on the other 3 days. The hours for this position are 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Please be aware of this when applying for this position.

In addition, to be considered for this role, you must:



  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C and 1099 is not permitted for this position
  • Be able to pass a background check and drug screen

**About the Role:**

This pivotal role ensures the smooth operation of our field teams by expertly managing all aspects of their travel. You will be instrumental in enabling our professionals to reach their destinations efficiently, allowing them to focus on their core responsibilities. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the operational excellence of a forward-thinking organization, providing essential support that directly impacts our ability to deliver critical services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Strategically arrange comprehensive travel logistics, including air travel, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.

* Proactively troubleshoot and adapt existing travel plans to accommodate dynamic changes in schedules, minimizing disruptions for our field professionals.

* Maintain clear and timely communication regarding travel updates and changes with field professionals and internal teams.

* Collaborate effectively with various internal departments to uphold company compliance standards related to travel.

* Actively contribute to team success by assisting, coaching, and coordinating efforts with colleagues.

* Engage in team meetings, conference calls, and other collaborative forums.

* Be available for rotating weekend call and occasional overtime to support critical travel needs.

* Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.

* Prepare and submit comprehensive reports as required by leadership.

* Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

**Must-Have:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent.

* Successful work experience in an office environment.

* Fluency in spoken, reading, and written English.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

* Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite.

* Accurate data entry skills.

* Strong analytical abilities.

* A demonstrated ability to respond positively to coaching and supervision.

**Nice-to-Have:**

* Bachelor's Degree.

* Prior experience with booking travel.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $17.34 to $19.54 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
