Responsibilities
The name Three Trails was selected to honor the historical significance of the city of Independence as the starting point for the Santa Fe, Oregon and California Trails. The logo icon is a compass, which is symbolic of wayfinding, and metaphorically the personal journey to recovery. The Groundbreaking for the new hospital was held in January 2025. The Executive Assistant provides executive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer. Answer all in-coming calls for the Administration Department and sort/reviews all administrative departmental in-coming mail. Coordinates and provides routine correspondence as needed for the CEO. Maintains an ongoing calendar, schedules appointments, and makes travel arrangements for the CEO. Coordinates meeting and conference events, selection of dietary menus, and location arrangements. Organizes, establishes and maintains various files and records. Maintains control files of matters in progress and follow-up to ensure swift resolutions. Attends, records, composes, and executes committee meeting minutes and agendas when requested. Maintains department office supplies, check requests, purchase orders, and expense processing. Coordinates and submits various facility and corporate reports as requested. Supports facility in meeting regulatory standards, maintains confidentiality of information, and performs duties with utmost professionalism in accordance with Three Trails mission, values, and service excellence standards.
