About this opportunity Provide engineering test equipment support for high volume production test systems for multiple Ericsson Radio and Baseband products. What you will do: Provide test technical support in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and Transfer Product Introduction (TPI) projects to other Ericsson manufacturing sites or contract manufacturing sites. Deploy new test systems including configuration, integration, validation, and acceptance testing for those systems. Lead test hardware and software installation, verifications, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of existing automated test systems, which include both radiated and conducted RF test measurements. Lead failure analysis of failed in house production units to provide manufacturing process feedback for corrective actions. Monitor and improve manufacturing KPIs such as yield and no fault found (false failures). Identify and implement test process optimization to improve manufacturing process KPIs such as test time, test utilization, and test system availability. Prepare test instruction and preventative maintenance documents for test operators and test technicians along with demonstrating and conducting technical trainings to test operators and test technicians. Analyze and troubleshoot unstable test measurements along with finding root causes and providing efficient solutions for both long term and short term. Analyze and resolve critical faults using statistical analysis tools such as Cp/Cpk. Analyze test measurement data to ensure optimal performance of every test system. You will bring: 2 years of experience in: 1. Theory and usage of test equipment required to perform RF (Radio Frequency) measurements OR Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field and an internship and three university courses involving the following: 1.
