About the Role

NRI Staffing Resources is hiring CSR Payment Processors for our new client in Fairfax, VA. This role is ideal for customer service professionals who excel in a fast-paced call center environment and are committed to delivering accurate, efficient, and friendly support. After completing two weeks of paid virtual training, team members will transition to full-time onsite work. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term growth after 600 hours of successful performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous, professional manner.
• Assist customers by providing accurate information about available services and payment processes.
• Process payments, verify information, and maintain compliance with all financial handling protocols.
• Schedule, confirm, and update client appointments based on service needs.
• Maintain organized and accurate client data, call logs, and transaction records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including call quality, accuracy, and productivity.
